Take calls

Help clients fill in forms
Explain services to clients
Make clients feel comfortable
Document clients and employees' information and make it available when needed
Make information available to HR manager and bookkeeper on request
Requirements
Computer literate
One year experience in an administrative role
Organisational skills
Interpersonal communication
Be based in or around Polokwane
Excellent customer service
